Penerangan pekerjaanHas previous experience in electronic products manufacturing (preferred). Has at least 5 years of quality management experience in electronic consumer products. Possesses knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, SA8000, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma. Is proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Has a critical thinking mindset. Has good communication skills. Is organized and has a structured work approach. Holds a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering; formal training in Quality Systems is a plus. Is familiar with the 7 QC tools and failure analysis tools such as FMEA.

GN Manufacturing Partner Quality is currently looking for an exceptional, open-minded, devoted, and hardworking team member in Malacca / Johor.
You will be responsible for the following tasks :
- Monitor the implementation of the factory management system (FMS) in Manufacturing Partners.
- Process Sign Off (PSO), Production line audit confirmation.
- Drive solutions for manufacturing-related issues.
- Follow up on CAR & 8D actions.
- Monitor FPY & ECO implementation in Manufacturing Partners.
- Coordinate Manufacturing Partners to perform regular verification tests ensuring production quality.
- Implement and optimize IQC / QOC / OBA processes in Manufacturing Partners.
- Lead or participate in all Manufacturing Partners audits.
- Drive continuous improvement action plans for FPY and factory maturity.
- Support key customer visits & audits.
