Overview : This role focuses on content planning and creation, performance optimization, trend engagement, and team development within SKINTIFIC's content and recruitment activities. Responsibilities

Content Planning & Creation : Plan and create content such as images and / or short videos for our skincare brand; ensure content aligns with the brand's tone, positioning, and visual style; identify key content elements based on product features, brand image, and the right atmosphere for target audiences; deliver creative ideas and virtual effect plans that elevate storytelling; work closely with design, photography, and videography teams to produce high-quality content; oversee production and implementation, ensuring consistency and timely delivery; provide creative direction during shoots and editing for maximum impact. Performance & Optimization : Track content performance across Instagram and TikTok (views, reach, engagement, conversions); analyze data to understand what works and what doesn’t; continuously refine and optimize content strategies to achieve exposure and growth goals. Trend & Community Engagement : Stay on top of Instagram and / or TikTok trends, challenges, and trending sounds to adapt them for the brand. Team Management & Development : Monitor and evaluate team members’ performance, providing feedback and guidance for growth; help resolve team issues, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment; implement strategies to improve team efficiency and workflow; participate in recruitment activities, including reviewing candidate CVs and conducting first-round interviews.
