Responsibilities
- Achieve performance expectations and contribute toward the Retail business in line with IWPB strategic direction
- Support and engage in roadshows or events, including approaching prospect leads for acquisition to deliver the overall sales result
- Proactively work with Managers and Team Leader Customer Acquisition to plan, execute and optimize sales activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Champion and drive a culture that supports the HSBC branded customer experience
- Provide quality after-sales engagement to strengthen long-term relationships
- Ensure 100% completion of mandatory training within deadlines
- Support achievement of HSBC vision, values, goals and culture in personal behavior, actions and decision making
- Demonstrate effectiveness, strong team spirit and Can-Do attitude by sharing knowledge and good practice
- Understand and adhere to regulations and regulatory guidance, reporting any breaches in accordance with local procedures
- Adhere to applicable Global, regional and country standards and policies
- Safeguard the Bank from loss and protect the Bank’s reputation
- Maintain awareness of operational risk, including identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting
Qualifications - External
Min Diploma in any field or equivalent sales experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectivelyProven ability to work under pressure and meet sales KPIs in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of self-discipline, accountability and willingness to learn from mistakesDemonstrated experience in acquiring affluent segment with strong product knowledge in Cards, Loans and Borrowing productsMultilingual ability (English, Bahasa Malaysia and / or Mandarin) to cater to diverse customer segmentsDue to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritized.
