What you\'ll be doing (Responsibilities)

Lead the conceptual and detailed design development of architectural projects from inception to completion.

Collaborate closely with clients, project stakeholders, and the wider design team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Provide design direction and mentorship to junior architects and designers.

Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices within the organisation.

Actively participate in the firm\'s business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to inform design decisions.

What we\'re looking for (Requirements)

A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in architecture or a related field

At least 8 years of relevant experience in the architecture industry, preferably in a senior design role

Strong Design Flair with proven experience in delivering innovative high quality architecture projects.

Strong proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively translate design ideas to diverse stakeholders.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A passion for innovative and sustainable design solutions.
