We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI / UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically appealing digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms. As a member of the design team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape the user journey and define the visual language of our products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design process : research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and usability testing.
Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and elegant user-centered solutions.
Create and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and style guides.
Champion UX best practices and advocate for user needs in product planning.
Conduct user research and usability studies to iterate and validate designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in UI / UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design solutions.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Strong UI graphic design skills, including layout, color theory, typography, iconography, and illustration.

Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and interaction patterns.

Solid knowledge of HTML / CSS fundamentals and handoff practices to developers.

Experience designing for web, mobile (iOS / Android), and multi-platform ecosystems.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in your designs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion / interaction design and tools like Principle, After Effects, or Framer.

Familiarity with user research methodologies, data-driven design, and A / B testing.

Previous work in Agile environments or product-led companies.
