Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple outlets within a designated region. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent brand standards, leading teams, and achieving sales and profitability targets. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of retail or F&B operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible in managing multiple outlets operations
- Responsible in outlet sales performance & outlet costing (P&L)
- Train and develop team to be top notch customer service agents
- Formulate and execute project delivery plans
- Developing internal & external partnership
- Monitoring performance of project through key metrics, provide periodical performance reviews, and generate insights and recommendations to senior management
- Develop a deep understanding of the project including but not limited to machine SOP training and handling, product innovation, and market trends
Job Requirements
3-4 years experience worked in F&B / retail field as a manager role and at least 1 year of experienced as Area ManagerAbility to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with a strong sense of ownershipStrong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken EnglishPossess a can-do, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced / unstructured environmentExcellent interpersonal and interaction skills to work together with people from diverse backgrounds and different levelsEnergetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiativesMUST possess own vehicleYou may be required to travel domestically / internationally to support the implementation planCompany & Location
