Role Overview

We are seeking a Telemarketer to support our retention exercise for members with expired memberships. This role focuses on outreach, data updates, and assisting members through the renewal process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contact expired members to update their profiles, including :

  • Primary email address
  • Verification of information through online searches

2. Inform members of their membership expiry and guide them through the renewal process.

3. Complete and submit daily call reports to the Manager and Senior Manager of the Membership & Services Division.

4. Achieve a daily target of 150 call attempts.

  • Attending to walk-in members and visitors professionally
  • Handling inquiries and providing membership-related information
  • Coordinating with the Membership & Services team for follow-up actions
  • 6. Support other ad hoc administrative or operational tasks as assigned.

    Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organised
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily targets
  • Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or administrative roles is an advantage
