• PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor and optimize HVAC systems, plumbing andmechanical utility systems
• Execute preventive maintenance programs, respond tofacility fault reports and corrective work orders
• Coordinate with external vendors, supervise and monitor
• Operate forklifts for general facility material handling andlogistics support
• Supervise lifting operations and ensure compliance withlifting safety protocols (for one technician)
• Support common area systems and office equipmentmaintenance, handyman tasks
• ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Certificate / SKMM / MARA in HVAC or mechanical systems
• Minimum 2-5 years commercial facility experience
• Valid Forklift Operator License (DOSH-certified)
• Certified Lifting Supervisor (CLS) Certification, for onetechnician
• KEY SKILLS
• HVAC systems troubleshooting and optimization
• Mechanical systems maintenance
• Safe forklift operation and material handling procedures
• Lifting operations planning, risk assessment, and supervision
• Vendor / contractor coordination and supervision
