We're looking to onboard a high-energy Retail Sale Executive who can connect well with others to journey with us in the adventure of impacting more lives You'll be working in a growing team of fun-loving, driven & supportive team members while we work towards our company's mission & purpose.
Including But Not Limited To
- Present and demonstrate Hiblendr's products
- Listen and understand customers' wants and needs to recommend suitable products.
- Engage in meaningful interactions and build relationships with customers.
- Constantly build product knowledge and actively share this knowledge with existing and potential customers
- Work closely with Managers to meet monthly sales targets.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Give recommendations to managers for areas of improvement of sales tactics, ongoing promotions, and product improvement.
- Provide training to future sales staff
- Deals with our retail partners
- Be required to work on some weekends and Public holidays during a pop-up week
- Handle merchandise display
- Tiktok and Reels : To be involved with some Tiktok / IG Reels content, when required.
- Cold calling / email potential corporate order leads.
- Promote & close deal with corporate enquires.
- Any other special projects or assignments that may be assigned to you accordingly at the discretion of the Company.
- Proficient in English (Good to have : Mandarin & Malay proficiency)
- Willing to learn & work hard
- Independent problem-solving skills
- A plus, if you have experience, is customer-facing jobs.
- Good to have : have the desire to take on leadership positions in the future
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Sales & Closing.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
