Provide support to the department in day-to-day operations and administrative procedures.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events, including corporate functions, staff engagement activities, CSR initiatives, and more.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
Monitor event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure all elements are delivered efficiently.
Prepare event-related documentation, including reports, post-event evaluations, and documentations.
Support corporate initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Willing to travel and work beyond standard office hours when required for events.
Willing to take up new tasks and challenges as assigned.
Job Requirements
Degree holder in the related field.
Relevant work experience in event coordination or corporate support is an added advantage.
Creative, resourceful, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation / design tools such as PowerPoint.
Positive, proactive, and a strong team player.
