Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Level 3 / Chief Engineer to join our Managed Services team. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical authority for our managed security operations, providing expert‑level support, leading technical delivery, and ensuring service excellence for our enterprise customers.
This role requires a hands‑on leader who can drive major incident resolution, mentor team members, and proactively identify service and solution improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Major Incident Calls : Take ownership of high‑severity incidents, coordinating across technical teams to ensure timely restoration and root cause resolution.
- Lead Technical Delivery : Oversee and guide the delivery of complex managed security services, ensuring alignment with SLAs and best practices.
- Customer Focal Point : Act as the primary technical contact for key managed services customers, providing trusted advisory and escalation support.
- Mentor & Coach : Guide and upskill Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize existing solutions, automate processes, and improve overall service delivery.
- Solution Enhancement : Collaborate with internal teams and customers to design and implement enhancements to improve performance, security, and reliability.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing : Maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and share learnings across teams.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Security, with at least 3 years in a Level 3 or equivalent senior technical role .Strong background in managed services or MSSP environment.Proven experience leading major incident responses and technical operations.Hands‑on expertise in endpoint, web, email, and vulnerability management solutions .Excellent communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills.Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, Trellix Certified Specialist, or equivalent are highly desirable.Personal Attributes
