Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the QA operations within the facility, ensuring consistent product quality and adherence to standards.
• Support US / Euro customer teams during line audits and visits, providing necessary documentation, evidence, and on-site coordination.
• Lead and manage the ISO 9001 certification process , ensuring compliance with all relevant quality management standards and guidelines.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures , including testing, inspection, and process audits, to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and recommend solutions to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure that all quality documentation is accurately maintained, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
• Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of quality management systems and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Implement and maintain quality metrics to measure and track performance, with a focus on reducing defects and improving efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to the QA team to enhance their skills and ensure consistent quality across all production stages.
• Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, production, and logistics , to ensure the timely resolution of quality-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and apply lean manufacturing principles to enhance quality and productivity.
• Review and approve customer specifications to ensure product design and development meet quality standards.
