Your Impact
- Serve as the primary liaison between GDC and lead office teams, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, quality, and communication protocols.
- Lead engineering planning and execution in collaboration with Project Managers, Design Leads, and discipline leads, maintaining accountability across all workstreams.
- Coordinate cross‑discipline design efforts, ensuring technical integrity, timely delivery, and alignment with Jacobs’ delivery methodology and client expectations.
- Champion structured communication, early issue resolution, and consistent engagement across virtual and in‑person teams.
- Oversee resource forecasting, budget control, and reporting in partnership with Project Controllers, including monthly discipline‑level forecasting.
- Develop and execute effective quality assurance plans and ensure compliance with project criteria, engineering codes, and standards.
- Facilitate input from global subject matter experts at strategic design milestones and risk workshops.
- Foster a collaborative, high‑performance team culture through mentorship, goal‑setting, and weekly team meetings focused on progress and cross‑disciplinary development.
- Promote in‑office engagement (minimum 3 days / week) to support communication, career development, and delivery efficiency.
What You’ll Need
