• Providing product system functionality training to clients, guiding them through usage scenarios and operational steps.
• Conduct internal product basic function training in both Chinese and English for company staff.
• Assist the department in handling submitted system issues and requirement tickets.
• Prepare and update training materials such as guides, presentation slides, and demo videos.
• Collect training feedback and share suggestions to improve training quality and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the product and technical teams (Malaysia or China) to stay informed of system updates and ensure training accuracy.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Training & Development, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with short experience in product training or learning & development are an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Strong interest in product systems, training, and people development.
• Confident presentation and interpersonal skills, with willingness to learn and grow in a training environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a good team player.
