Promote and professionally sell a range of retail products to existing and potential customers, including Wealth products (UT, ASNB VP, PRS, Banca RP & GI, Direct Forex, NTW), Deposits (CASA / FD, Accounts Acquisition), Assets / Financing products (PF / PFi, ASB, Credit Cards), etc.
Achieve sales / revenue targets assigned by the Bank and contribute to growing the bank's portfolio and profitability, supporting overall branch targets.
Responsibilities
Participate in branch, regional, and bank-wide sales and promotional activities to meet targets and grow both mass and mass affluent customer segments.
Prepare and execute sales plans proactively, including account opening, cross-selling, up-selling, and engaging with customers for retention and referrals.
Drive new-to-bank (NTB) customer acquisition in wealth and retail segments and enhance customer experience to expand the Bank's customer base.
