Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Accounting and Reporting Manager, located in Puchong. The role involves overseeing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and conducting regular audits. The Manager will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, improving finance processes, and developing strategies for better financial management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Proficient in Auditing practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage
