Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • To provide excellent customer service to guests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring diners a pleasant dining experience.
  • Upsell promotional items.
  • Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
  • Maintain day to day outlet cleanliness.
  • Execute any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Good command of spoken English and Malay (additional to have
  • Pleasant, friendly, cheerful and able to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment
  • No experience / At least 1 year of experience working in customer service or relevant experience in F&B
