Responsibilities

• Provide L2 application support with familiarity in ITSM practices (incident, problem, change management).
• Monitor applications, read logs, perform basic investigations, and assist with operational tasks such as service restarts, patching, and scheduled jobs.
• Use tools or scripts to aid operational support and coordinate system activities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams and business users; manage and prioritize multiple incidents and tasks under pressure.
• Provide thorough documentation and maintain accountability for tasks.
