How can you make an impact?
The Medical Education Platform Trainer plays a key role in supporting healthcare education by helping faculty, clinicians, students, and librarians make the most of McGraw Hill’s medical learning platforms. This role designs and delivers impactful training sessions that empower users to integrate evidence-based digital resources into teaching, learning, and clinical practice.
This role will ensure that medical and health sciences institutions achieve maximum value from their subscriptions, directly supporting renewal and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online and in-person training sessions for faculty, librarians, clinicians, and students.
- Tailor training to healthcare-specific needs (e.g., supporting medical curriculum integration, nursing education, or pharmacy instruction).
- Develop training resources (guides, videos, toolkits) that highlight how digital platforms can support teaching, study, and clinical decision-making.
- Provide responsive and professional support to customer inquiries, particularly from health sciences librarians, educators, and students.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing at medical conferences, workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor usage data and identify at-risk accounts where faculty, clinicians, or students are under-utilizing resources.
- Create targeted communication and training plans to re-engage users and support successful renewals.
Qualifications
Academic or professional background in health sciences (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Librarianship, Allied Health, Medicine, etc.).Experience in training, education, or communication, with the ability to engage diverse healthcare-related audiences.Strong presentation and facilitation skills, in-person and virtually.Experience working in a medical education or healthcare setting (university, hospital, professional association).Familiarity with digital learning platforms or e-resources used in healthcare education.Ability to travel internationally across the APAC region.Why work for us
