Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Executive, Commercial Excellence (2-year Contract).

The ComEx Executive is integral to ensuring seamless operation, troubleshooting, and enhancement of sales-related software and systems while spearheading new project implementations to improve sales strategies and overall team performance. This role demands a strong technical acumen, project management expertise, and problem-solving skills to optimize sales processes and outcomes.

What are the Job Responsibilities?

Software Troubleshooting : Identify, address, and resolve issues within sales-related software and tools to ensure uninterrupted functionality and efficiency.
New Project Implementation : Assists the Project Lead with the execution of innovative sales initiatives, from planning and design to deployment and evaluation.
Performance Analytics : Analyze software data to assess system efficacy and recommend improvements to streamline sales operations.
Process Optimization : Collaborate with relevant teams to refine workflows and integrate software solutions that support strategic objectives.
Training and Support : Provide guidance and training to sales teams on the efficient use of software solutions and tools.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with IT, operations, and other departments to coordinate software updates and new implementations.

What are the Qualifications?

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve system challenges effectively.

Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field; certifications in software or project management are a plus.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Problem Solving Skill : Proficient in identifying system inefficiencies and implementing solutions swiftly.

Collaboration : Strong ability to work across departments to achieve cohesive outcomes.
