The opportunity

As a Senior Associate – Business Analyst in our Technology Consulting team, you will work with leading insurance and financial services organizations to unlock the value of their IT capabilities. You’ll be part of a high-performing team delivering exceptional client service through digital transformation, enterprise intelligence, and technology enablement.

Your key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within insurance workflows.
  • Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
  • Work closely with IT teams to design and implement tailored technology solutions.
  • Create and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Act as a key liaison between business units and technical teams.

    • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or project management within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Experience working on technology transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
