Overview

API & Integration Senior Developer, APAC – Zurich Insurance. Join to apply for the API & Integration Senior Developer, APAC role at Zurich Insurance. The opportunity is in the Asia Pacific region. You will build and unit / integration test APIs and integrations. This role supports a new project to build an end-to-end Digital Native Insurance Platform designed for high levels of automation and straight-through processing across the full insurance value chain.

Location : MY - Kuala Lumpur. Remote working : Hybrid. Schedule : Full Time. Recruiter : Izzah Saibudin.

Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of business requirements and the best ways to build integrations and APIs.
• Design domain-centric APIs.
• Build and test integrations.
• Build external-facing APIs using REST / JSON.
• Document APIs using Swagger.
• Integration troubleshooting and defect analysis.
• CI / CD processes (e.g., configuration management, daily automated builds, unit testing).
• Interfacing with other teams for technical details related to integration between systems (internal & external).
