We are seeking a

Performance Marketing Manager

to take full ownership of building and leading our paid media efforts from scratch. You will play a key role in laying the foundation for our media buying operations, including strategy, execution, tracking, optimization, and team development.

You should bring a

deep understanding of all major advertising platforms

, a

proven track record of high ROAS across e-commerce channels like Shopee and Lazada

, and a

proactive, hands-on approach

to performance optimization.

This is a builder's role — ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and is eager to shape the strategy, infrastructure, and future team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Programmatic, XHS (Xiaohongshu), and other platforms
  • Lead campaign planning, execution, testing, and daily optimization to maximize ROI and scale profitably
  • Build and manage reporting dashboards using

Looker Studio

and

Supermetrics

  • Set up and troubleshoot all aspects of
  • conversion tracking

    including GTM, UTM parameters, pixel implementations, and event tracking

  • Lead performance campaigns on
  • Shopee

    and

    Lazada

    , with deep expertise in platform-specific tools, targeting, and tracking

  • Continuously improve campaign effectiveness through creative testing, audience segmentation, funnel analysis, and bidding strategies
  • Identify performance bottlenecks early — and act quickly without being prompted
  • Mentor and guide a junior media buying specialist, helping set up a scalable and high-performing team structure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Product, Analytics) to ensure marketing campaigns align with business goals
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with a strong portfolio of high-ROAS work
  • In-depth knowledge of
  • Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic platforms, and XHS

  • Proven experience running and optimizing
  • Shopee

    and

    Lazada

    campaigns, with expertise in platform-specific attribution and tracking

  • Proficient in
  • Looker Studio

    and

    Supermetrics

    for performance reporting and dashboard building

  • Advanced knowledge of
  • GTM

    event tracking

    UTM parameters

    , and cross-platform attribution

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality — must be proactive and data-driven
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and build processes from scratch
