JaGaApp is a mobile application developed and distributed by Red Ideas Sdn. Bhd., a tech company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Launched in December 2015, JaGaApp enhances neighborhood security, communication, and convenience with features like Emergency Assist button, Wireless Intercom, VMS, Notice Board, Facility Booking, and Bill Payment.

Role Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and backend services within our technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js, Firebase Firestore, and Google Cloud Functions (Node.js).
• Design, implement, and maintain APIs and backend services on Google Cloud.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, and participate in peer code reviews.
• Support the team in adopting best practices and contributing to continuous improvement.
• (Desirable) Contribute to mobile application development using Flutter.
• (Desirable) Explore and prototype AI integrations (Agentic AI) within the product.
