Job Responsibilities

Professional Competencies (Duties and Tasks)

  • Contact Customers and Prospects :
  • Validate and update company details : Company Name, Address, SSM Registration No, and TIN No.
  • Validate and update contact details : Contact person name, phone number, and email address.
  • Send PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) confirmation to customers.
  • Product and Service Offering :
  • Introduce and offer our products and services to customers.
  • Address any inquiries or concerns customers may have about our offerings.
  • Data Management :
  • Accurately update all validated and new information into the SCRM (Sales Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Lead Management :
  • Create leads in SCRM for marketing to qualify.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications

  • Prior telemarketing experience is required (at least part-time during school or college)
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
  • Able to manage confidential information with professionalism
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience in customer service is a PLUS.
