  • Dealing with CIDB / TNB / SEDA / ST / MIDA / MGTC and other relevant government authorities for licensing process.
  • Assist Business Development, Project or any department colleague for any enquiry that require advices from Government Authorities.
  • Collect, review, prepare and compile necessary documents for all project license application, follow up on approval with Government officers, provide technical advices to smoothen licensing process.
  • Communicate between internal department and government officer, manage all paperwork, forms, correspondence, email, letters and etc.
  • Submit and collect any certificate or license at Government Offices.
  • Monitor all application status, track all due and execute the progress to obtain approval. Discuss with relevant department for project difficulties and suggest for licensing application arrangement.
  • Punctually and quickly respond to any queries by Government Officers.
  • Manage digital platform and suggest improvement for better handling process.

    • Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma. Preferably in the Engineering field.
    • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
    • Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office.
    • Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
    • Attitude : Customer & service oriented, energetic and enthusiastic about dealing with people. Team spirit, self-driven to learn, good communicator, and patient.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
