About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished cybersecurity leader to establish and lead a Group Cyber Fusion Centre (CFC) — a central command for global threat intelligence, monitoring, and incident response. This role will define and drive an intelligence‑led, AI‑enabled cyber defense strategy that safeguards critical digital assets and ensures business resilience across multiple markets in Asia.

Reporting to the Group Chief Information Security Officer, this is a high‑impact position responsible for shaping strategy, leading transformation, and ensuring operational readiness against evolving cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Cyber Fusion Centre , overseeing threat intelligence, security operations, digital forensics, vulnerability management, and insider risk.
• Develop and implement a multi‑year cybersecurity roadmap aligned with digital transformation and regulatory evolution.
• Drive adoption of advanced technologies such as SOAR, XDR, and AI‑powered analytics to strengthen detection and response capabilities.
• Manage end‑to‑end incident response , ensuring rapid containment, forensic investigation, and post‑incident recovery.
• Build and operationalize global threat intelligence programs , integrating insights into preventive and defensive controls.
• Partner with senior executives, regulators, auditors, and technology leaders to strengthen enterprise‑wide cyber resilience.
