Product Marketing Manager (based in Singapore)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to oversee the Singtel Consumer Mobile portfolio for foreign workers and tourist segment, driving growth, profitability, and innovation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer value. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, manage customer lifecycle management (CLM) initiatives, and champion product marketing strategies to strengthen Singtel’s market leadership in the segment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end consumer mobile product portfolio for foreign worker and tourist segments, driving growth, ARPU improvement, and profitability.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Design and execute CLM initiatives to maximise customer retention, usage, and spend, leveraging data analytics for churn management and upsell opportunities.
- Define and manage commercial KPIs including revenue, margin, subscriber base, and market share.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Trade to optimise pricing, promotions, and go-to-market execution.
- Develop compelling value propositions and messaging that differentiate Singtel in the market.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with IT, Network, Sales, and Customer Service to deliver best-in-class products and customer experiences.
- Provide clear leadership to stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment on business goals.
Skills for Success
