Job Summary

Lead product development and global R&D operations across AIOps, multi‑cloud management, private cloud, cloud‑native platforms, and AI technology platforms, and spearhead the expansion and management of a global development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of Lenovo AI cloud products, including AIOps, multi‑cloud management, private cloud platforms, cloud‑native platforms, and AI technology platforms.
• Drive architectural innovation to ensure product scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Establish and optimize engineering practices, development standards, and quality controls.
• Build and manage an international R&D team primarily based in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
• Foster collaboration across regions and cultures to enable high‑performing, distributed development.
• Mentor and grow local talent, developing a strong and scalable technical team.
• Collaborate closely with overseas product and solution teams to provide tailored development and delivery support.
• Engage with global customers to understand needs and deliver solutions that drive value.
• Support business development teams in identifying technical opportunities and achieving commercial goals.
