Job Description :
- Deliver engaging EQ-based lessons using Brainbow's curriculum through storytelling, art, play, and mindfulness
- Support children's emotional and social development by modelling empathy, guiding behaviour, and recognising individual needs.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment with clear routines and positive classroom management.
- Communicate with team, sharing updates and collaborating to support each child.
- Prepare materials and complete documentation such as attendance, observations, and reports.
- Participate in training and team meetings to grow professionally and align with Brainbow's values.
Requirements :
Experience working with children (ages 2–12), preferably in early childhood, primary, or enrichment settings.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and team members.Passion for emotional intelligence (EQ) education and child development.Creative and engaging teaching style using play, art, movement, and storytelling.Ability to manage classroom routines and guide behaviour with empathy and consistency.Willingness to learn Brainbow's curriculum and attend training sessions.Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Education, or related fields preferred.Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a bonus.Working Hours
