Senior Project Manager (Scrum Master)

Responsibilities

Facilitate and lead Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective). Support the Scrum team in implementing agile principles and practices. Remove impediments that block the team’s progress. Foster team self-organization and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Support coordination and collaboration with other teams, including in scaled agile environments. Coach team members and stakeholders in agile practices and methodologies. Actively contribute to drive the agile journey of ams OSRAM IT and beyond.
