Review labour requests and job descriptions Create job orders in system with those information Create and publish job ads in recruitment system Conduct structured phone screening with candidate Manage applicant pool and shortlist Summarised pre-screening phone interview Prepare CV to send to hiring manager Shortlisted candidate from hiring manager Schedule interviews – Site (face-to-face) or Outlook / Teams Confirm candidate documentation and readiness Coordinate medicals, police checks, and reference checks Track completion and escalate delays Prepare job cards in system for stake holders to approve the budget Confirm remuneration, attach required documents, select correct template High attention to detail and process compliance Strong stakeholder experience and communication 360 candidate multi-cycle management Adaptable to change and fast-paced environments Open to constructive feedback across all levels Proactive and self-driven Seniority level
