Mandarin-speaking candidates who will serve Mandarin-speaking customers (handling China Trade lane) Which of the following types of qualifications do you have? Responsibilities
- Able to handle Airfreight and Ocean Freight.
- Handle shipping activity with regards to documentation, booking and coordination.
- Monitor and follow up on shipment movement.
- Deal with overseas clients (different time zones).
- Ensure customer requests, enquiries or complaints are attended and responded.
- Sort documents for dispatch, billing, reporting and filing.
- Assist senior in day-to-day operation.
- Perform other tasks assigned.
