Job description

Duties and Responsibility

Monitor and ensure quality testing, inspection and recording incoming raw materials / packaging inspection

Assist in CCP monitoring. Ensure product quality compliance and report any non-conformance to superior

Shelf life study on products

Ensure factory operators follow a code of hygiene and GMP during product handling.

Conduct a premise and equipment hygiene and cleanliness inspection

Conduct monthly pest control services, ensure the pest control system is well maintained effectively.

Ensure calibration jobs carried out as in schedule

Assist in internal / external / supplier audit

Assist in Company internal projects and any ad hoc task from superior.

Requirements :

At least SPM qualification / Diploma holder in Food Science / Food Technology or any relevant courses

Min 1 - 2 years working experience in the food industry in QA / QC Department.

Possess initiative, self-discipline and analytical skill

Ablet o work independently with minimum supervision

5 1 / 2 Days Working (Alternate Saturday)

Available to start work immediately upon successful interview

Possess own transport
