Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Strong interest in technical sales and marketing with a good understanding of engineering concepts. Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Willing to travel when required. Language requirements : English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Learn to identify and develop new business opportunities in key target markets.
- Support the promotion and sale of technical products / services to both new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and assist in proposing the right technical solutions.
- Help prepare and deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations to potential clients.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to improve product awareness and visibility.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with customers by supporting their technical needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and R&D teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer expectations.
- Support sales and marketing activities in line with agreed budgets and goals.
- Take on other related duties as assigned by your manager.
