Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all work orders are efficiently and correctly distributed to technicians according to their competency level.
• Ensure all repairs meet the service standards and customer expectations.
• Ensure productivity, efficiency and utilization is achieved according to target set, avoiding unproductive working hours.
• Organize and control the team to achieve best service quality and execute all jobs according to the order‑repairs that have gone through technical work.
• Ensure working hours and work bay are used productively so that the promised delivery date can be kept.
• Monitor technicians and allocate the FRU in open time fairly.
• Initiate and carry out troubleshooting processes to support the team and manager in handling customer complaints.
• Conduct QC on all after‑repair vehicles.
• Road‑test the car together with the customer in order to diagnose complaint.
• Review time analysis report and take corrective steps.
• Initial technician report after job completion.
