Lead and manage the sales team, including setting sales targets, provide training & guidance, performance reviews and appraisals.
Oversee the production of marketing materials including posters, videos, banners and manage social media channels for BMM group.
Develop digital campaign to increase online brand presence and optimize Cost per Lead (CPL).
Staying updated on the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and generate marketing reports.
Undertake any ad-hoc responsibilities as required.
Requirements :
Candidates must possess Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related field.
Communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
Preferably five (5) years of retail sales experience and above in related field.
Excellent interpersonal skills – someone who is ever ready to engage, listen and has the ability to influence.
Resourceful, aggressive and self‑motivated.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
