Job Purpose
To ensure customer quality requirements are met by coordinating between sales, production, and quality teams. Responsible for product quality, handling customer complaints, supporting sales with technical quality matters, and driving continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the main contact for customer quality issues and compliance.
- Review customer quality requirements and align with company standards.
- Manage customer complaints and corrective actions (8D, 5 Why, etc.).
- Support sales in RFQ, product introduction, and customer audits (PPAP, FMEA, control plans).
- Ensure compliance with ISO and customer-specific standards.
- Conduct audits, checks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare quality reports (customer PPM, rejection rates, corrective actions).
- Work with production teams to resolve quality issues.

Qualification
Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing).Experience
Minimum 3 years in manufacturing (automotive / electronics / precision preferred).Experience in customer quality, audits, and problem-solving tools.Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 preferred.Skills & Competencies
Familiar with FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC.Able to read drawings / specifications.Good problem-solving and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office; Minitab is a plus.Personal Attributes
