Role Overview
Business Analysts will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, driving requirement gathering, documentation, solution design, testing, and change management to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, review business cases, and gather user requirements via workshops.
- Prepare BRDs, FSDs, gap analyses, and propose solutions.
- Support design, build, and testing phases (QA & UAT).
- Facilitate deployment, change management, training, and post-production support.
