Job Description
The main responsibilities are :
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each client
- Ensure alignment of project scope and objectives with client expectations
- Identify resources or tasks needed for the project
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the engagement cycle(onboarding)
- Provide project updates via meetings or emails
- Manage client expectations and ensure any changes are clearly communicate and documented
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams
- Monitor and raise / address issues that may affect the project
- Ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to client operation
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.0-2 years of experience in project management or a related role.Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in mandarin as client's preferenceAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
