About the Role
As an Analyst, Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R) Data , you will play a vital role in advancing VF’s commitment to environmental stewardship and responsible business practices. You will support our Product Stewardship and Chemical Management programs by collecting, organizing, and analyzing key performance data that drives strategic decision-making across the organization.
In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and enhance data systems, develop insightful dashboards and reports, and ensure the integrity and accessibility of sustainability-related data. Your work will directly contribute to improving product safety, reducing environmental impact, and supporting VF’s broader sustainability goals.

Responsibilities
- Support VF’s Product Stewardship and Chemical Management programs with key performance indicator collection, organization and cleaning of data, and reporting.
- Use visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI) to present data through reports and dashboards, incorporating analysis of trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators to support strategic business decision-making.
- Maintain and support the Product Stewardship IT Platform (SARGE) and related S&R data management applications by overseeing daily operations, implementing enhancements, and managing databases.
- Provide user support—including account setup, user guides, data configuration, and recommendations for system improvements.
- Support the enhancement of product stewardship and chemical management processes and documentation to improve data quality, consistency, and reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional S&R teams to gather data requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Coordinate with Global Sourcing, Brands, Material Sourcing, Quality, and other stakeholders to manage product and material testing data and analysis requests.
- Provide support for Product Stewardship system training as needed.
- Continuously improving data management processes and business workflows within the S&R domain.
- Assist with data requests across other S&R programs as required.
Skills
1+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in the supply chain industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Proficiency in at least one visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels.Excellent in speaking and writing English. Local language skills are a plus.Advanced Excel skills, including expertise in functions like Power Query, or VBA.Solid understanding of data flows, data architecture, ETL processes, and processing of structured and unstructured data.Coding skills with R or Python, and familiarity with SQL is a plus.Knowledge of other software such as Smartsheet / KNIME analytic platform / RPA and automation software is a plus.Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change through data-driven decision-making.VF Competencies
