Description and Requirements

Summary- Assist in maintaining enterprise Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platform, private cloud platforms (OpenStack), and hardware infrastructure. Participate in cloud resource deployment, monitoring, and basic operations to ensure stability of business-critical cloud infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Operations Support
• Perform daily deployment and monitoring of virtual machines (EC2 / VMs), storage (S3 / EBS), and networking (VPC / SLB)
• Address L1 cloud platform alerts (CPU / Disk / Network anomalies) and conduct basic troubleshooting
• Assist in cloud cost tracking and identify abnormally consuming instances
• 2. Automation & Documentation
• Execute standardized resource provisioning using Terraform / Ansible scripts
• Maintain cloud resource inventory and operational knowledge base documentation
• Develop basic Shell / Python scripts for automated inspection tasks
• 3. Security & Compliance
• Implement foundational security policies (security group rules / IAM permission audits)
• Support cloud platform compliance checks (MLPS Level 2 / ISO27001)
