Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, construction, building, or related field. building, or related field. Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in the related field. Experience in sourcing vendors and strong negotiation skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Can speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good social skills. Able to work under pressure. Teamwork & Responsible.
Job Descriptions :
- Site planning, coordination and execution of matters relating to the construction project
- Coordinating with sub-contractors on site work and resolve site issues
- Report to Project Manager on project updates
- Planning and order material
- Prepare inspection form and inspect according with RE / RTO
- Quality check and control for finished works
- Progress control on structure works
- Control material wastes, down time, rework and waiting time
- Plan and control site works
- Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced
- Read, execute and maintenance site master plan and schedule provided by Structural, Architectural and M&E team
- Ensure quality of work meets requirements of regulatory bodies
- Any other duties assigned by the management or superior
