Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle daily administrative tasks related to sales activities.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
  • Coordinate with sales team and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products / services.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
  • Manage customer inquiries and follow up on outstanding orders.
  • Support sales team in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence with clients via phone, email, or in person.

Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma or degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative or sales support role.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
