Penerangan pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities :
Handle daily administrative tasks related to sales activities.
Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
Coordinate with sales team and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products / services.
Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
Manage customer inquiries and follow up on outstanding orders.
Support sales team in scheduling appointments and meetings.
Handle correspondence with clients via phone, email, or in person.
Requirements :
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma or degree in business or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in administrative or sales support role.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
