Responsibilities :

• Support global quality operational excellence and digitization initiatives as a Lean Six Sigma advocate to increase efficiency and improve quality.
• Drive proactive quality approaches across Tier 1 suppliers, focusing on product and process variation reduction and zero quality performance using Lean Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, and Operational Excellence frameworks.
• Design and monitor business and operational processes to support quality metrics and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and advise less senior technicians and engineers / suppliers in operational excellence.
• Complete audit or LSS training as required.
• Collect, analyze, and visually present data to evaluate quality performance, identify trends, and support decision-making. Develop reports and present findings to management, including senior leaders.
• Participate in training and mentoring technicians and engineers.
• Represent the unit on project teams and lead projects of significant scope and impact.
• Assist in building accurate schedules and provide input on budgets.
• Resolve complex problems, develop procedures, and coordinate across organizational lines.
