Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Bai Wei Mini Bowl. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing the kitchen crew, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining service quality. Training will be provided to support you in your role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Provide support to both staff and management to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
Preferably with prior experience in the restaurant or food & beverage industry.Good communication skills in Malay and some English. Mandarin is an added advantage.Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Application questions
