To support our continued business growth, we are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Manager / Executive to join our dynamic team based in Port Klang, Selangor.

About the role

In this full-time role, you will play a key part in building strong client relationships, expanding market presence, and driving business growth within the exciting marine, oil & gas industry.

What you'll be doing : -

• Developing, identify and acquire new clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
• Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Providing excellent customer service and problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
• Preparing detailed sales reports and forecasts for management.
