Multi-Branch Spa & Wellness Area Manager – Mont Kiara KL

Mont Kiara, KL | Beauty & Wellness Industry

Our client, an award-winning spa brand, is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team across 4 branches, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities :

Manage spa operations, sales, staff scheduling & inventory.
Lead, train & motivate a team of 10+ staff.
Ensure sales targets & customer satisfaction are achieved.
Handle customer feedback & resolve issues promptly.

Requirements :

SPM / Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Mgmt or equivalent.

Fluent in English & Malay (Mandarin an advantage).

Below 40 years old, with leadership & decision-making skills.

Prior experience in beauty & wellness industry preferred.

Independent, confident & able to work shifts / weekends.

Package :

RM6,000 – RM7,000 + Commission + Allowances

Hostel provided (if required)

EPF, SOCSO, EIS, medical, annual bonus, trips, uniforms, training, OT

2 weekdays off, shifts : 10am–7pm / 12pm–9pm

Branches : Mont Kiara, Arcoris, Retail 163, The Curve

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : RM6, RM7,000.00 per month
