Penerangan pekerjaanDegree in a relevant discipline and / or a professional qualification (e.g. ICAEW / ACCA / CIMA / MICPA / CPA Aust. / MBA). Membership in professional bodies and MIA will be an added advantage. Minimum 5 years of audit experience (Experienced in using CCH audit software is added advantage) Required language(s) : English, Good technical knowledge in MFRS and MPERS as well as International Auditing Standards (ISAs) Strong interpersonal skills and excellent management and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and complete assignments within time constraints, budget, and deadlines. Able to work independently and under pressure. Team players who are also able to work independently with minimum supervision. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan, manage, and lead an audit team to perform and deliver high-quality assurance and compliance work for a portfolio of diversified clients, SME and PLC.
- Perform high-level reviews on high-risk companies to ensure audit working papers and audit reports are in compliance with relevant standards and by-laws.
- Monitor the time frame and work progress to ensure timely delivery of quality services to clients.
- Manage the portfolio of clients assigned by developing and maintaining good client relationships.
- Manage individual team portfolio's financials, including budget, WIP, timely billing and collection, and achieve team and division budgets and performance objectives.
- Coach, lead, train, and develop an effective audit team with both technical and non-technical competencies.
- Provide or seek solutions to the problems raised by team members.
- Meeting clients' expectations, Scope of work, and submission of deliverables in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage and meet Regulators' (SSM, MIA, SC, AOB, Bank Negara) requirements.
- Able to assist the Partners and management to manage the Firm.
