Strategic Partnership Development : Identify potential strategic partners, establish initial contact, and lead the preliminary planning and analysis of partnership models to provide strategic support for final negotiations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with all department / projects heads to ensure all business development plans are highly viable and have strong internal support.
